Naven is starting a new business called “Strut Bespoke Foorwear” and contacted me to shoot his business profile.
It is always a wonderful experience for me to work with somebody that is well organized. Naven came prepared and ready to start shooting. His wardrobe was perfect for the shoot. His clothes suited the profession that he is in and was form fitting.
He was comfortable in front of the camera and a joy to work with.

Food photography is a passion of mine. I love to experiment with creative design and light. These delicious macaroons gave me the opportunity to play around with colour and design.
Patience is really a virtue when photographing food. Making sure each item is placed in the correct spot to create balance in your shot. Adjusting studio lighting until you have just the right amount of shadows and light.
Luckily for me, this food product does not melt or welt. It made things a bit easier on me.

Dr Ngzezu recently recently obtained his Phd from Wits University. He specialises in the field of oncology where he helps hundreds of patients yearly.

It is winter time in Pretoria. This means it is cold and dry on the Highveld, but beautiful none the less.
With the covid pandemic slowing down my work I grabbed the opportunity to photograph “the one my soul loves”.
I am always mesmerised by sunset. It makes me feel like everything is right with the world.

Marinus and his family came to the studio for graduation photos as well as family photos. He managed to obtain his degree during difficult times due to the pandemic and lockdowns.
