May is Mental Health Awareness Month for veterinary professionals. Veterinary professionals often struggle with their mental wellbeing, burnout, and compassion fatigue.

Dr Michelle is a EFT Practitioner, Anxiety Specialist, System Regulator and Educational Therapist.
